Body armour!
They are saying that is is more comfortable and lighter then the one they are using now.
Fact 1: It will be delivered to all Police officers in New Zealand over the next three years.
Fact 2: It is designed to stop most rifle rounds.
My opinion is that they should get it as they need it for their job but not spend as much money on it.

The police do a very important job in our community which can be very dangerous so it is necessary for them to have protective gear. Some children in our class believe that this is too much to spend however when we have families in New Zealand with no homes and struggling for food. What are your thoughts on this?
